Submit new business info

With our easy new business submission process
Just follow these quick steps:
  1. Submit Sales Notice to Small Group Sold mailbox and cc: your Aetna Account Executive.
  2. Aetna emails required paperwork with helpful customer information and triggers the Adobe Sign documents.
  3. Broker/GA returns complete required paperwork to Small Group Sold mailbox.
  4. Return Adobe Sign docs; Broker/GA signs Application via Adobe Sign; Customer completes and submits the Adobe Sign documents.
  5. Enroll through Springboard Marketplace® benefits administration system.

Customer email campaign

Our new campaign targeting existing small group clients will welcome new and renewing customers and provide them with valuable information about their Aetna® plan. This campaign will run throughout each client’s plan year, and messaging will apply based on their plan effective date.
