Aetna is committed to assisting our customers and members during the rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic. As a courtesy to our customers, Aetna is providing an overview of the Paycheck Protection Program, along with data on the total medical premiums/funds they have paid to Aetna in 2019 and 2020. If you have dental and/or vision coverage with Aetna, we can provide this information upon request. You can see a sample of that communication here.

Please note that you and our customers have online access to bills via Springboard Marketplace (for Small Group AFA customers), ESW (for Small Group AFA customers not on Springboard), or eBusiness (for ACA, Fully insured 51-100, dental and vision plans).
